Dr. Maya Radonich, DC, MS, CCSP®

Dr. Maya Radonich joined the Active Health Solutions team in 2017. She specializes in chiropractic care for sports injuries and sports rehabilitation, lower extremity injuries, and foot and gait health. Dr. Radonich enjoys working with active individuals to help them regain their full strength. Her unique perspective on injury prevention and rehabilitation is informed by her own experiences with sports injuries as a competitive collegiate athlete.

Maya has gained valuable experience as a sports medicine doctor on the sidelines of the Oregon Tennis Championships, the Canby Rodeo in Oregon, and for several high schools and colleges in Portland as part of her Sports Masters program at UWS. Most recently, she has been assisting the Dimond High School Nordic ski team as their strength and conditioning coach. Additionally, she volunteers as a ski patroller at Arctic Valley during the winter and frequently helps out at ski races around the Anchorage area.

Growing up in Anchorage, Maya was involved in sports from a young age, leading to a lifelong passion for various athletic events. She was a member of her local high school cross-country ski team and later competed as a student-athlete on the UAA cross-country ski team during her undergraduate studies. Nowadays, she enjoys staying active through running, biking, and skiing for fun.
